PRE-REGISTRATION CUT-OFF DATE IS MAY 20, 2010

Refunds: Cut-off date is 3/18/10 with a $25 cancellation fee. There are no refunds after the cut-off date.

Registration: Pre-registration cut-off date is May 20. If we are sold out, there will be no at the door registration and all sessions (including our normally free evening sessions) will only be open to pre-registrants. Free will offerings will be taken in the evenings. No child-care will be provided. Children must register at adult prices. All children must be accompanied by adult at all times. Nursing infants admitted. Please use a single form per registrant. Legible photocopies are accepted. Registrations are not transferable.

IMPORTANT: Your invoice is your registration confirmation. Please bring it with you to the registration table to receive your registration packet and admittance band.

If we are not sold out:

Early-registrants with wristbands enter first for our free evening sessions. 
After this, we will let others enter until all seats are taken on a first come,
first serve basis.  The Pre-registered line begins at the North lobby doors. 
The unregistered line begins at the West lobby doors.

If we are sold out:

There will be no free evening sessions and no registration available at the door.
